Introduction

Acupressure and magnetotherapy, combined in the Calmi Ring, offer an innovative approach to alleviating common menopause symptoms. This study aims to evaluate its effectiveness on issues such as hot flashes, weight management (including Meno Belly), insomnia, stress and anxiety, joint pain, and mood swings.


Methodology
